چکیده
Abstract This work addresses the evaluation in vitro of different marine ( Dunaliella salina REC-0214B and Microchloropsis gaditana REC-0251B) freshwater Anabaena sp. BEA-0300B, Arthrospira platensis BEA-0007B, Chlorella vulgaris BEA-0753B, Spirogyra BEA-0666B) microalgae cyanobacteria as potential dietary ingredients aquafeeds. For this purpose, total protein content, amino acid composition, presence protease inhibitors were evaluated. In addition, bioaccessibility was estimated using a species-specific assay Sparus aurata digestive enzymes. Overall, all showed high content ranging from 25 to 61%, balanced essential non-essential (from 0.81 0.95). The inhibition confirmed absence whatever considered. Finally, assays differences degree hydrolysis with values for coefficient degradation 49.4% 85.5% D. . Similarly, amount free acids released microalgal biomass 12.8 20.8 g L-leucine equivalents (100 protein) −1 ), well their qualitative profile varied among species, although can be considered cases. conclusion, results obtained revealed that, even if significant observed species terms susceptibility hydrolysed by S. enzymes, evaluated presented an adequate profile.

Gilthead sea bream are captured with traditional and sporting equipment, and so...
متن کاملEnvironmental Conditioning of Skeletal Anomalies Typology and Frequency in Gilthead Seabream (Sparus aurata L., 1758) Juveniles
In this paper, 981 reared juveniles of gilthead seabream (Sparus aurata) were analysed, 721 of which were from a commercial hatchery located in Northern Italy (Venice, Italy) and 260 from the Hellenic Center for Marine Research (Crete, Greece). These individuals were from 4 different egg batches, for a total of 10 different lots. Each egg batch was split into two lots after hatching, and reared...
متن کاملGilthead seabream (Sparus aurata L.) innate immune response after dietary administration of heat-inactivated potential probiotics.
The effects of the dietary administration of two heat-inactivated whole bacteria from the Vibrionaceae family, singly or combined, on innate immune response of the seabream were studied. The two bacteria (Pdp11 and 51M6), which were obtained from the skin of gilthead seabream, showed in vitro characteristics that suggested they could be considered as potential fish probiotics. The fish were fed...

A role for acidophilic granulocytes in the testis of the gilthead seabream (Sparus aurata L., Teleostei).
In mammals, a complex interaction between the immune and the reproductive systems has been described, in which testicular immune cells produce cytokines and growth factors which modulate gonad functions, while specific gonad cells influence the immune response in this organ. In this study we describe the presence of acidophilic granulocytes in the testis of the hermaphrodite teleost fish gilthe...
